Here's a wave count for Minute Wave (circle) v on a 45 min. chart. Note the wave count for this decline. I've labeled the five waves as (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v). I overlaid the price extension tool to project the price for Wave (v). It typically hits the 61.8% level or 10.75. It that happens then the big picture wave count would be invalidated. Falling below 12.05 even by a penny would invalidate the wave count. Even 12.049999 would invalidate the count. So this decline needs to stop above or at 12.05. But even there it will take time to recover. Hope this is clear.
