s, one would assume that "an informal agreement for a private placement" of $300,000. did not occur,considering the company never filed an 8K.
"This is the "current report" that is used to report the occurrence of
any material events or corporate changes which are of importance
to investors or security holders and previously have not been
reported by the registrant. It provides more current information on
certain specified events than would Forms 10-Q or 10-K."
People can whine about a time frame for filing, but IMO their reasoning is BS. this press release was put out on June 24 1997, 8 Months ago.

Of course, if the company is in the habit of avoiding filings-the upcoming months should be very interesting for them..DD
PS: filings cost money,does the company have the financial resources to cover the expense...?

IMO, this company better be careful-they may be sent to the penalty box...
