Good evening to you all. Pursuant to the press release made by Sideware Systems Inc. at the close of trading today, Agora Internet Relations corp. wishes to file the following report. For the purposes of easier reading, we have divided the report into sub-headings.

COMPANY FOCUS

Today's press release serves as an indication that Sideware Systems Inc. has shifted it's focus away from traditional retailing, marketing and communications and towards the goal of becoming a web-centric company. The company has come to the conclusion that it's interests will be better served by adhering to the paradigm shift which has now taken place in the software industry.

There is no better example of this paradigm shift then the recent announcement by America's largest software retailer, Egghead, to close down all of it's retail stores and focus on retailing and marketing solely through the Internet. With respect to Sideware, the company first realized the inefficiencies of traditional retailing and marketing as they reviewed the cost allocations associated with their Net Notions campaign set to commence last fall. Sideware concluded that traditional routes meant expending a great deal of money allocated to services that did not directly impact marketing of their products.
At that time, the company was forced to reconsider their original strategy and concluded to cancel the original campaign.

THE BIRTH OF HOT NOTIONS

The natural consequence to canceling their original campaign, was a delay of marketing efforts as the company not only shifted their focus but now had to create an entirely new marketing campaign to fit the new medium - the Internet. The end result was the creation of the Hot Notions web site, a web solution based on their collaborative product Net Notions.

WHAT IS HOT NOTIONS

In it's most basic form, Hot Notions is an Internet based service utilizing Net Notions. More specifically, Hot Notions will serve as both a comprehensive product showcase and marketing tool. Those tasks will be accomplished by allowing the user to visit Hot Notions and perform any of the following tasks:

1] Use jump points and hyper-links to specific pre-selected areas of interest. This function will allow groups to meet at the Hot Notions web site and then travel the web together, all while being able to collaborate using Net Notions technology; and

2] Joining pre-determined live web tours. This function will allow individuals to assemble at Hot Notions and then travel the Internet with a host to pre-determined locations, all while using Net Notions technology to collaborate.

The end result to the company will be two-fold. Firstly, Sideware will be able to make substantial construction and marketing investments that, in fact, are re-invested into the company. Traditional retail initiatives require a tremendous capital outlay in one time payments and non-product specific items that Sideware could not have realistically recovered in a reasonable amount of time.

Secondly, and more importantly, the company anticipates a large volume of traffic to the site which will provide the following three benefit to Sideware:

1] Product sales;
2] Product notoriety; and
3] Revenues from advertising sales

MARKETING HOT NOTIONS

Sideware has been involved in extensive discussions with one of the premier marketing and promotional firms on the Internet. These discussions have also included marketing the Sideware storefront and the company believes it can attain traffic levels of approximately 250,000 visitors per month. Sideware has advised that Hot Notions advertising and marketing on the Web will begin on April 1.

Secondly, Sideware has advised that Hot Notions will be unveiled for the first time at Internet World from March 11-13 and that all strategic partners are both aware and in anticipation of the product's demonstration. The company has advised that it has strategically positioned Hot Notions to work with and support IBM's recent decision to change direction and use Microsoft NT, Domino and DB2 as it's core business products.

CONCLUSION

We are very excited by what we would call one of the best marketing tools to arrive on the web since it's inception. There is a consensus in the industry that the current preferred web advertising tool, banner ad's, is not giving advertisers maximum utility for their dollar. The applications for Hot Notions technology is limitless. For example, manufacturers could license the product and use it to take potential customers on guided tours of their web site in an effort to promote their products. What implications will this have on auto manufacturers that could do away with most of today's showroom functions? Similarly, public companies could use the same technology to take investors on guided tours of their web site in an effort to promote their stock. The possibilities are endless.

Hot Notions represents a first and significant step forward for Sideware Systems Inc. and it's marketing efforts. Though time will tell the actual success of this new technology, we view Sideware's adherence to the current paradigm shift as prudent and well worth any delays we have endured over the last few months. We eagerly await reaction from Internet World on March 11th, as well as, unveiling of the web site in early April for all of us to experience. See you on one of the tours.

The preceding represents the first part of a series of reports to be released by Agora with respect to Hot Notions. This report was meant to provide a fundamental overview of this latest initiative. In an effort to provide even further detail, Agora will be conducting an on-line interview with President Owen Jones sometime in the next 2 weeks. Mr. Jones has suggested the interview take place from Internet World with the help of Hot Notions. We will keep you advised.

In the meantime, we request that any questions be withheld until our next report, which is expected over the next 3 days. That report will discuss the new role of Agora at Sideware and will present a framework in which shareholders can present questions on any topics.

Have a great weekend.

Regards,
Agora Internet Relations Corp.
