It's not so much the audit, Matt. It's about the financial reports that have not been published as it was stated in the "Investor's Business Daily" article sent to me in the "Investor package" by the public relations firm employed by Araldica. It's one of those bothersome things public corporations do in the normal course of business. When they fail to do so, it raises questions, not only from prospective shareholders and current shareholders but, others.

Matt, I can't find one S.E.C. filing from Araldica after much searching and inquiry. Maybe you can help on this one.

It's unfortunate that you, as an official of the company, believe legitimate questions about past announcements by the company and the current condition of the substance of those announcements are a bother. It's not my intention to "bother" you. You certainly aren't
required to respond.

I made no comment in any post that could be construed as questioning the laxity of Goldenberg Rosenthal. It was Mr. Zacoli who made the timely statement about completion of the audit, not Goldenberg & Co.
Mr. Zacoli has since, to my knowledge, issued no statement regarding a delay in the completion of that report. You have stated in past posts that a statement would be complete and issued in February. There is only a week left in February and still no report has been issued. Just between you and me and God, it's beginning to look like you're dragging your feet on this. It also is beginning to look like your dragging your feet on the price and ordering part of the Araldica web page. I can certainly understand why an ongoing acquisition for the Willcox Inn would remain in confidence until completed but, I think it would be appropriate if you would inform Mr. Barggren, owner of the Inn.

Excuse me for bothering you. Once the financials are posted and information regarding a current list of the board of directors and it's interests and updates on those acquisitions, this may be one great opportunity for investment in Araldica. But, it just wouldn't be due diligence to invest on hunches or feelings or based upon the comments of posters on this board. It's frivolous and irresponsible to do so. It can result in devastating financial loss to those who do.

Good day to you, sir:

Ned
