call the ceo if you have detailed questions im sure he will be happy to entertain your questions. in regards to magra that confusion is old news and the deal is signed sealed and delivered they are announcing that this month i believe from what i understood magra had to be done in two phases due to canadian/US tax implications. In regards to that old press--- although they titled it hnly acquires, if you read the body of it gives details of the ongoing process of the acquisition and that finalization is in the works. on a side note i was researching magra and found that they signed a distribution agreement with ticker- warpf for their system accelerator.in the recent past. please post further info you might find thanks
