Dean, are you reading the same thing I am?

<<Hendrickson said the company's fourth quarter results include special charges totaling $1,075,000 to reflect the effects of certain inventory and sales reserves established during the period. The reserves were established to reflect a shift in marketing focus to the OEM storage area, and to resellers serving specific vertical markets for Fibre Channel applications, and to de-emphasize certain other market segments. ''As a result of this shift in our marketing strategy, we are establishing additional reserves to reflect our expectations regarding future demand for certain products and potential product returns from resellers lacking a proven capability of selling into our targeted vertical markets,'' said Hendrickson.>>

Things change. The FC market is evolving and so is Anocr's place in it. Would you rather have the $1.075M this quarter, or take hits from "unexpected product returns" for a couple more quarters? How long would you (or anyone) be then? Ancor management is strictly "heads up" this time around.

Long too,

Douglas
