I was just referring to arithmetic. If you need to raise $1mm and the stock is at $2 then you sell 500,000 shares. At $0.50 you need to sell 2,000,000 shares i.e. more dilution. That was my point. I would have preferred that they raised the money at $2 per share or $1.50 per share rather than at $0.75 or $0.50 per share.
