Unless I am mistaken, they need to raise capital to comply with the NASDAQ listing requirement for which they have obtained a 30 day exception. I believe that the number $500,000 has been surfaced as the number they need and I use the number $1mm to allow for a margin for error as they are consuming cash every day I assume. If I am incorrect on this I would appreciate being corrected.

At one point I was hoping that they might structure their new JV in a way that their shareholder equity account would increase but I assume that this didn't happen or work.

I may be completely wrong on all of this but this is the assumption that I have been working on (please someone correct me if I am wrong). That is why I assume that there will be a private placement of stock within the next 30 days or some other transaction to correct the deficiency in net tangible assets or equity or whatever the correct account is that needs to be raised to comply with the maintenance of listing requirement.

If my assumption is wrong I would appreciate being corrected as it impacts on my own future investment decisions.
