Ryan,
Dana has gone to Siberia for her vacation and may be there permanently...I do not mean to be critical, for, of course, the last time I checked, one does not study public relations or investor relations, in medical school.....So....Dana, if you are reading this, the purpose of IR is to give answers to the stockholders, not to duck out on vacation and assure us that there will be no change in the listing....perhaps, it would be fruitful if you went to your local library and checked out a book on IR....having an M.D. may make you feel all powerful, but it does not confer upon you instant ability to handle IR...you are overqualified for the job....a high school education with a lot of common sense is adequate if you are trained under someone who knows how to handle IR....you should turn in your resignation...your M.D. does not impress me....the company should hire someone to replace you who knows something about IR in a small company...nothing personal, as I am sure you are a wonderful person, but you are wasting your M.D.....you took the place of a man in your medical school and now you are in over your head...If the management thinks that having an M.D. in your job can sooth the angry stockholders, then they are stupid.....But you can prove me wrong by getting out some simple information and not asking us stockholders to wait any longer and to have faith that all will be well....maybe that is o.k. for doctor mom, but it is not good enough for me.
George
