Robert- PR Newswire reported this morning that CEO Robert Gruder filed to sell 100,000 shares of his approximately 7 million shares of ALYD. My guess: This trade on January 29th of a block of 100,000 shares was his shares being placed into a fund(?) or some other institution. 1/29/98 13:20 18 100000 NAS Trade 1/29/98 13:23 18 1/16 100000 NAS Trade This is the first stock sold by Gruder in a year... no big deal....
