I agree that this is one of two or possibly three key questions. The second question is how ACMIC plans to meet these requirements.

I think this is another example of the stock price being pressured by the company's reluctance to share information with shareholders. Bad news is hard to take but uncertainty is usually worse than the actual news. Some may know what is going on and these people have an unfair advantage over others. Why the company chooses to keep the ordinary shareholder in the dark is a potential third question.
