On this particular subject you have been 100% correct IMHO. My personal opinion, seperate from any diatribe on what Gomez or anybody else is saying, is that the "fat lady will sing" in about 2 years. Up to that point both sides will claim some kind of moral victory. To all that will "jump" on this, I declare I am not shorting I do not own either KRY or PDG I have no direct or "INDIRECT" interest in the outcome of this fiasco. Judge Gomez has clearly stated (on record) that this coming ruling will decide this issue once and for all. I guess the FP (which has repeatedly got this story wrong) now knows better than the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Venezuela what the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Venezuela is going to do. Oh, and by the way, what does her statement in the last Bloomberg article that "there will be no appeal" after this ruling mean to you? No problem. We will see when the time comes, won't we? Ciao. Hello Viper; The article you are referring to is an article that is basically discussing PDG,(their opinion only) so in effect yes it is what you have been telling us simply because you have only been touting the party line along with PDG. So in effect nothing has been gained from your post. Please do make a note of this release, just one of many that have discrepancy's that have eminnated from PDG. Just to fill you in, I am recording all that PDG is stating, as well as KRY, but I am sure that what I have on PDG will be very use full come some future shareholders meetings??? And do remember one thing, PDG is not involved with this court action, it is between KRY and the MEM, this point has to be understood. With regards,Frank
