Shivram, I believe they will have to issue new shares from the treasury. I am sure total shares are a lot more than the outstanding. Deep down I expected that this would be their only alternative but dilution will have serious effect on future EPS. I would like to hear their comment regarding this. Robert, Stock price need to be above 1 dollar to remain listed and not 2, if I am not mistaken. Also, I would like to know when this transaction will take place (settling with CA). OT. Glad that FIBR did not get beat with CIEN. I was kind of worried last night that CIEN may take FIBR down with it. Appears that CIEN's problems are their own and not industry wide. Also, are you going to jump in to CNTRC now or wait till Wash rule or never? I have an order to sell my 1 13/32 shares at 1-3/4 for today. I was hoping for a quick bounce earlier in the day but did not happen. See what smart money does at the end of trading day. JK
