Jim: I don't have the urls handy but there were several posted on this site from reputable newspapers, not tabloids, that reported the story. It was definitely a big story in Georgetown. Evidently three people were killed in the Starbucks after closing hours and over $4,000.00 in cash was still in the store's receipts bag when the bodies were discovered the next day. The doors were locked. The ex-intern was almost unrecognizable. Investigator's theorize the killers used silencers since no shots were heard in a quiet neighborhood with very little crime. What later came out was that she and Monica were acquaintances and that Monica had reputedly said on one of the 'tapes' she had told Vernon Jordan she didn't want the same thing happening to her as happened to the ex-intern. Could be so much baloney. Truth is, seeming mob hits like this are almost never solved. halfscot

And this is, I believe, the first time I've seen the claim that the ex-intern was an acquaintance of Monica's. Next thing we know the other people killed will be identified as Chinese-American spys from Costco.
