Secretary of State Albright, has issued a warning for all American citizens and their families to leave Israel and Kuwait............war coming at the end of the Olympics....maybe that will shake out AMZN finally...

That's the way it's supposed to work. If you have real-time tracking of bid/ask and you start changing the bid or ask, it should show up on the real-time quote.
