But he was as Duncan stated a "successful" actor who made intelligent career moves which propelled him to further success in other fields. Surely you don't deny this.

Certainly he stayed alive in a dog-eat-dog field and managed to make some money, though not as much as many of his peers. But is success invariably to be measured in financial terms?

Frankly I would have thought that Kev was an exception to the rule, I mean how many of his films have been all that great. The guy reads his lines, he doesn't act, I'm not sure he knows how and yet he keeps getting major parts in really long and awefull films. jim
