Dale, I just got off of the phone with BAAT. They are filing "Provisional" patent(s) today. I am not an expert on this subject, but I understand that they give the company protection for 1 year. During that time, the company is allowed to modify and improve their design under this protection.

It was also stated that the company will have their financials ready within two weeks. It was mentioned that the SEC was provided with financial information to their request.

The company is trying to lay low right now...keeping quiet will help build credibility as wild criticism will be proven or put to rest. IMO that in two weeks, if the company provides financial information, and the Dyno test is on it's way with UC Riverside (with interest from Ford?), and the SEC investigation appears to go smoothly , I think we will all be very happy investors.

Do ya think that the ~94MPG test sparked some interest from other companies that could benefit from such a technology???? There hasn't even been any mention of their battery technology. If that is viable, then that's another technology/product that should add value to future earnings and our share price.

I'm looking forward to the next several weeks to remove much of the speculation we have all endured recently.

Good luck BAAT!!!!
