Not only will this purchase be accretive going forward, after the dust settles, the revenue adding to the bottom line should move the stock price substantially higher even at current PE levels of 14.73.

EMC will no doubt, be looking over its shoulders at ADPT and ADPT's stock price may move up to reflect a higher PE closer to EMC's (current PE 34.5) based on their greater market share in the high end SCSI market. If ADPT trades at EMC's PE, ADPT's current price would be 54 3/4. This doesn't take into account any increase in earnings after the purchase.

It's also useful to note that if Symbios has little or no exposure to ASIA, this could only help ADPT's stock price.
