My understanding of the KGFC and CGZ situation is one of contractural
law which was broken by the K... government in that K... expected
the companies to produce a product (gold) at a loss to support the
needs of the public of K.. which is a communist or socialist concept
that has already failed the people of this region. It is understandable the consternation and strife that has been brought about because of this attempt at rapid change from one system to the
other however under the capitalist system the government extracts
from the production of the country and attempts by rewarding effort
to maintain the system and at the same time trying to sustain a
comfortable existence for all members of the society. I understand
fully the need for the K.. government to exercise a fairness but am
challenging the method that they have chosen to do this as in the
circumstance of the companies (CGZ KGFC) I see the effort as an
attempt to cut ones own throat.
