Yep, TEENY float. Hell, I could almost manipulate it all by myself.<G> Wish I had better news for you, but that's the deal baby. ;-)

Are you still holding some shares of this thing?

BTW, I'm starting to eyeball ARX again. You still holding?
Looks like it's cooled off enough to jump back in for the long haul.
I like that stock.

Can't you read English?
I told you EXACTLY what happened. What part don't you understand?

As far as whether or not this thing is worth owning, Go to the bathroom, take a fistful of 100 dollar
bills, FLUSH them.
That's about what you will be doing by buying this dog.

Company is in horrific financial trouble, laying off folks left and right, convertible structure
designed to rip off the little guy, AND STILL NO CUSTOMERS for a product that NO-ONE wants.

Like I said, right now this thing can probably be traded IF you are nimble enough and have balls
off brass.
Otherwise this is a total crap shoot. SURE RACE MIGHT pull through and make you some money,
but why throw good money at this dog when there are good quality stocks to be had out there.

Buy at your own risk and only with money you're willing to loose 100%.

I am a trader. I bought and sold a few thousand shares all within about a 20 minute span.
Pure momentum.
HOLD it though? NEVER!

Daniel, the underlying "technology" isn't selling for a variety of reasons and most of the excuses were cashed in long ago. Eventually, you have to call it like you see it and although I've approached the information with an open mind, there's little to be hopeful for now. The hangers-on are very aggressive toward those who hold such opinions; I'm sure you'll agree that's a strong indicator: of weakness. In the past, they've been able to create the illusion of "unique" technology with a continual stream of techno-babble and credible-sounding links to growth in telecommuting. Sadly, it's all ringing rather hollow as more and better products douse whatever hope the product might have had in the limited markets for which it actually serves a purpose. I hope I'm not overstating the case, but the results speak for themselves. Surely we can all agree on that if not the details of precisely why the product has been an abject failure.

Well Daniel, you can listen to Rod, who seems to have a vested interest in the stock going down, or you can listen to Rand -
cco.com
Morimoto continues, "this is one of the hottest products we've seen,"
Maybe it was Rand's friends doing the buying yesterday, who knows?
Personally, I'm giving them 2 more quarters to show a marked improvement or I see no need to hold this stock. I know the first quarter of this fiscal year they sold next to nothing of BeThere! and last quarter they sold roughly $150,000 worth. We still might see a substantial improvement this quarter, but again, who knows?
I also would like to publicly apologize to Rod Simonian. I mistook your questioning as a RodMac insult. We get a lot of people in here reminding us we're idiots for owning this stock. I've admitted as much.
