The thread doesn't think so. They hope so. The sad fact is the despite what they see they refuse to accept the fact that CPQ is probably not going anywhere substantial for awhile. There are problems to be worked out and there are better places right now to put your money than CPQ. They will blame it on the analysts, the reporters, the fund managers, options ,Sadam and Monica but not the truth. Later this year I'm sure CPQ will be higher than it is now but for the near term all you can do is sit and wait or put your money to better use.

Isn't CPQ supposed to complete the acquisition of DEC by the end of February? If this is true (I'm not sure it is..), then if there were job cuts, or SOME kind of announcement about how the buyout and "meshing" of the two companies is going, maybe the stock would see some action. CPQ's silence throughout this mingling of two companies may be souring some money on the street. I know I'm a bit worried that nothing's been said about progress or plans (i.e. ?job cuts).

Anyone else?
