Nice information, Arcane... not sure Pugs can make the connection but others may be interested. Good move on their (SEC) part, once the insiders and promoters have the money in their pocket, they have more money for legal fees.. <G>

Excellent post Arcane, I'm sure even the "slum"lord will be able to understand it's simple message. Understand it yes, accept it-I doubt it. It doesn't play into his pump and dump,-hype the hell out of it, investment style..DD
PS: I'll stick to my "boring" stocks, such as BA,LU,CCA,BIAC,WHC and gamble(although the company is fully reporting) on USXX,and CADE.
One advantage to this is, you can actually trade these stocks and get information about them, 10K,10Q,13D 144,and form 4filings.

Funny that you posted that link Arcane Lore....

I was at that hearing, sitting in the back row listening to each and every word that Mr. Levitt said. Afterward, I followed him outside the hearing room to hear what he had to say to the press in the hallway and actually had the opportunity to shake his hand.

The curious aspect about his testimony and that of some of the witnesses revolved around brokers touting microcap stocks to their clients and then discouraging selling when their clients wanted out.
There was very little discussion that involved the proliferation of Internet Bulletin Boards and the use of such to discourage the very fraud and deception that may be posted on them. Opposing fraud and encouraging investor diligence is the promise that the Internet holds. Sorry if the Yeas can't hang with those goals and choose to only present hype and misrepresentation.

This pilot surveillance group in Miami was the one that I was attempting to alert RMIL posters to last fall.

Few of the Yeas, or the company, chose to listen... to their ultimate regret.

Regards,

Ron
