Good News: The website answered my previous questions. see:

thehenleygroup.com

The float is NOW ~2.9 million up from the original 1.9 million. So it looks like they did issue about 1 million shares to the previous PR firm.(BTW 2.9 million in a float is EXTREMELY small and virtually unheard of on the BB where companies basicaly "print" money as needed...Example the float of HCCA is ~990 Million!!!!) Since the weeks volume has well exceeded that amount, the absorption should be complete. Theres no doubt what has held it down for the past months has been the this million shares hanging over there head since the average volume is only ~50,000/day.

I notice the book value is listed at $2.28 a share also. Now if that is just anywhere NEAR correct, HNLY is grossly undervalued and would expect the share price to ascend to a value much nearer to $2.28.

ALSO, Notice the comment about early 1998 Nasdaq listing: My guess is this: HNLY expects (and righty so) to trade above their book value once they show some good numbers/start reporting/and basically show some future promise. With the much inproved share price they can meet the minimum bid requirements to get a full Nasdaq listing.

Any comments welcome and appreciated. c):-)
