I grew up on an island between Seattle and Tacoma on Puget Sound in the early 1950's.

Never had smoke in the Puget Sound region while I was a kid beginning in the early 1950's thru the late 1990's.

Now it happens multiple times during the summer and early fall months with increasing frequency the last twenty five years.

Smoke from B.C., Oregon and Eastern Washington fires.

Now we even have fires west of the Cascades and smoke even blows northwards from California under the correct wx conditions.

AGW at work.

Manmade effects accelerating in our biosphere.

Just elementary physics and combustion products at play.
