So what are we talking. The chats are getting crazy with folks comparing gas with Diesel, etc. Have we seen or does anyone have
the estimate of a GEO auto, the same as BAAT, without the
engine mods. How many MPGs extra are we looking for whatever Joe did to the car.

Another point. We can look at all situations negative or positive.
Some could look at the FORD test as a way of FORD killing the rumors once and for all. Or FORD does have an interest because
of the increased MPG seen.
Then we have Lockheed saying they stand behind the technology.

Anyway, if anyone has the info about the standard Geo, with same engine, estimate, please post. I'm getting lost in all the figures floating around.

That was stated very well.

don,
There is no test done on a Geo with the yanmar diesel in it that was not modified. I agree that would have been the best way to show off their technology. I was told that they have asked Skoda to send them a car so they can put in the yanmar engine and test it at the track. That car weights 900lbs less than the Geo.
