Do you have a link or paragraph to support? Cymer can't control everything... I believe that's what they meant when they said they were a generation ahead of the competition etc.. I would like to see the others struggle longer though :-) Cymer IS the DUV light source. They have the facilities the commitment the money and the service to back it up :-) Thanks for the info. Here's Lambda Physics web site... cohr.com If I were to guess.. I'd say they were a bunch of REAL SMART guys but lack the marketing and support from their parent company etc... Great products... no sales force etc... Aloha
