Dear Mr. Pink; So glad that you are still here!!! I can't wait for your "trail" of Aharoni and crew. Everyone should check out the thread.
What is your position on Sirrom? After the split, stock has done well. As far as I can tell the stock still appears overvalued. I'm down 12% on this one(but up 70% on ACRT). Are you still short SIR??
Do you have any info on Independence (ICBC)? When are they going public?
Thanks,
Andrew

Mr. Pink, thanks for returning. I don't know who you are, nor do I care, but I do think your ideas are interesting, though I have only acted on one of them.

I tried to short PSFD today, but my broker told me I couldn't do so since the stock wasn't marginable. If you don't like CCSI, you would hate PSFD. Their only product seems to be an unpatented "black box" that they claim can find oil from the air, by utilizing an unknown new force of Physics. So basically, it is water witching for oil. They were written up in Barrons some weeks back, with the comment the company was worth essentially 0, rather than it's then market cap of 140 million. Even after the Barrons article, the stock only dropped from 11 something to 9 something.

My question: Is there any way to take advantage of this situation, where I believe the stock will eventually go to 0, when I can't short it, apparantly. Thanks, RR
