I just heard a point of view re Team Trump's offer to Team Canada to be incorporated as 51st state, that ... - the population mix of Canada is not substantially different from that of Team USA - Canada is not exactly a civilisation-state with irreplaceable merits - the only way Team Canada can preclude the eventual incorporation is to keep taking in more and more population to keep up - but by taking in more population Team Canada weakens self in any case - as 51st state Canada would presumably have much electoral college votes - so might as well conglomerate Canada into USA now and get on with it Depending on specifics perhaps the UK Sovereign Charles might become same for USA Can such work? If yes, then why not? Celebration time soon?
