You supported Obamacare. Your memory is shot! While I know you're committed to a nationally codified commitment to abortion, I never said or suggested that. It should not be necessary to nationally codify a right to abortion. It should be a given and codification would be redundant. In lieu of that, I have always supported Roe. Your answer is, "Liberty". But not having state income taxes is liberty, too, yet most states do have a state income tax. Indeed .As I said, the state can take action that constrains liberty. When a state constrains liberty by imposing an income tax, it does so consciously with an an awareness that liberty suffers. As I said, it makes that determination knowingly having affirmatively determined that it is justified. It does not do so obliviously. Perhaps you missed that part of my post. It's interesting that you, especially with your claimed libertarian streak, refuse to acknowledge that.
