<<When I recovered $2+Million for 2 teenage children who lost their mother to a
hospital by reason of the hospital's negligence and the negligence of 2 interns I did
not feel a bit guilty when the hospital's
"Damage Control Officer" thought I was a low-life.>>

You consider this comparable to the Iomega suit. Let's see, the lawyers got $272,000 and the plaintiffs got $3.00. The lawyers got 90,000 times the money as any plaintiff.

Let's see, if you got 90,000 times the money as your plaintiff, you got $1,999,978 and the plaintiff got $22 (since you say they are comparable cases).

Yup, I would definitely say you are thief by taking all of their money and leaving them with only $22. In fact, assuming your judgement is correct, you are a real scumbag.

You know, it takes a particularly low scoundrel to compare K.E. to someone who goes around killing mothers.

<<The damage control officer who was a RN and licensed lawyer did not know what to
say when I showed up at the hospital records department with a document examiner.
She just could not believe that the hospital chart had been "doctored up." No pun
intended.>>

The reason the records were "doctored up" was probably because they had had previous experience with vultures like you. They knew that if the doctor was not an omniscient and all-powerful God, he would be blamed for any suffering the patient had.

My roommate is a quad. He was in an accident when he and his friends were cruising down the road at 80 miles an hour and they ran off the road. He had some movement in his legs, but lost that when a nurse lost her grip while turning him. Now he is a total quad. He is suing everyone. His lawyer said they would sue as many people as possible. These people would then point fingers at each other.

It was the county's fault because the gravel road was imperfect. Damn county!
It was that Damn nurses fault! She should have been perfect. Even though she has taken care of thousands of patients, my roommate's lawyer laughs as he recounts how he is making her and her lawyer squirm.
It was the damn hospital's fault for not hiring perfect nurses!

But, hell no, it sure wasn't he and his friends' fault. Driving down a dark country road at 80 MPH was an innocent act.

Lawyers like you, who attack those who try to help others, are vultures.
