It's ironic that an oil-rich nation like Russia has such a hard time keeping its own people warm. Yes, but it is also ironic that a much richer food, housing, and oil-rich nation like the U.S. has such a hard time keeping many of its people fed, housed and warm. There are some in Russia that are very rich and, while they may not be warm, they manage to keep themselves fat, housed and heated. Just like here. No monopoly on the need to learn how to share. Baird
