OUCH!!! Now that's what I call a stinging reply! Better be careful. He has stooped to intimidation tactics like posting my old InterNIC listing and such -- he claims I'm deceiving them with fraudulent information, what a hoot. He also mentioned that he had one of his broker friends check into my consulting operation. Hopefully he doesn't come after you as a result of that ICBM you just launched. Seriously though, that's what really raised the red flag that there was something seriously wrong here and sure enough the dog tanked. Needless to say, the intimidation tactics were also an open invitation to illuminate the real problems with this company and its products but I guess that never dawned on him. I think you left out desperate in your thoughtful analysis.
