Yes I agree my "unwillingness" was not meant to be an implication that they have a choice. They have none. No funding. Which means AMAT is in trouble beacause the slowdown in orders will not be made up elsewhere (even though TSO disagrees) and here we go round and round again....

The BTB will put an end to some of the round and round arguments because it will indicate the scope of the problem $$$$$ wise.

Right now we have the problem of making valid points and counter-points but neither of the points can be supported by numbers.

That places some dubiousness on both sides of the fence (mine and TSO's). The BTB will give an indicator of the scope of the reductions in spending.
