If that is true, wouldn't Apple have pre-warned by now, or has Services and other revenue somehow made up for the earnings shortfall a drop like that in iPhone sales would cause?

Regardless of results, I can't remember the last time Apple updated guidance.

I am surprised that Cirrus Logic hasn't warned since they are so directly levered to iPhone sales. It is hard to believe that ex-China sales have made up for that big of a drop but maybe?

FWIW, the data is from Chinese govt data. Apple makes up basically all of foreign handset sales in China.
