Lizard, if most traders don't pay attention to ADX, then there is reason for me to do so...I don't know if you know Jeff Cooper, but he is highly dependent on this indicator, and claims more traders should take a closer look at it...Right now, I am not the one to talk, since you and Robet and others are making the successful trades...This past week, however, I have improved....8 out of 9 were good trades...My loser was PAASF, since I entered for wrong reasons....Silver hype...PAASF was losing momentum, and ADX was weakening as well as relative strength...Follow your disciplines, you idiot...There, now I feel better....Since it has moved from 6 to 12 in a short time, a 50% retracement is allowable...I feel the 9.00 level should hold, even though my entry is in the high 9's.....I agree on WIRE's short-term potential...Nevertheless, I have set my GTC, and will take my profits, hopefully soon to the bank....Mark

In fact, I never pay attention to ADX, and think it's meaningless. Why, because most traders don't either. Moving avg's, vol and support/resist they do, and so those are self fulfilling.

I totally concur!
