IKE, Thanks for your investing insights. Do you set price target for your long term trades like intc and txn? For trading stocks what do you think of radaf,mrvc,eson,and th oil drillers if OPEC can increase oil prices with lower output? As always your wisdom is appreciated.

You talked about "legs" in the market. You indicated that the "fourth leg" movement may be quite good for SOX..."

Could you please explain the concept of "legs?" Are there usually a certain number of legs in a bull run? Are we currently in the fourth leg? Why is the fourth leg the riskiest?
