There have been no events under any bankruptcy act, no criminal proceedings and no judgments or injunctions material to the evaluation of the ability and integrity of any director or executive officer during the past five years. *************************************************** This is taken from the 10K as well. Hmmm. Hope the SEC requirements don't require disclosure of ongoing legal proceedings against Rice Aharoni in Israel.......Mr. Pink wonders if the word ANY applies to any or just any specifically U.S. Act. msu.edu The opinion of the MSU Investors has been changed. The club is not in the business of making mistakes but it seems it sure did by buying Actrade! Other than that, though, its portfolio has returned 70% since last April. Not bad.
