Bill, The EO is a trial balloon to get this into the courts. You don't even know what a "trial balloon" is, because this EO is much more than that. It's obvious that Trump wants to get rid of birthright citizenship *by any means necessary. It's pretty silly for you to assume his EOs can amend the constitution. And yet this is exactly what Trump's lawyers are trying to do. By getting five Supreme Court justices to redefine words*, they will have the exact same effect as amending the Constitution.
