Are you dense? Obviously Trump wants to get rid of birthright citizenship. He stated many times in the campaign that the courts will ultimately decide it. It doesn't get to the courts if Trump doesn't order it, and then the open border dems challenge it. It's just part of the process. Why are you clutching your pearls over it. Nothing will be decided for a couple years at best. The legal issue is whether the parameters of jus soli have been seriously questioned by the SC, specifically with respect to illegal aliens.
