South Carolina and May day.......................

Today is February 22nd. I'm stepping up to the potential ridicule plate and predicting that there is no way that SC will ban VGMs. Yep, it's official. There's my prediction.

What's it based on? Just plain old common sense I guess. The State needs cash to deploy their education spending plans and there is no way that the Senate will cut this amount of cash out of the budget at a time when they are looking for ways to generate more. Three months from now we'll know for sure. Investors don't care about three months. Traders........good luck.

Sam,

Buying back the stock does not need to be a permanent use of the cash. They with the current asset base can easily borrow to finance expansion. They also can resell the shares back to the market after the price rises above $5. I think we are going to continue to see price swings between $3.50 and $6.50 over the course of the next three quarters. Whereas if we can NMS I think this range is lifted by $2.00 to $2.50 easily. Which do you prefer.
