Well, I don't know much about short selling either. I don't sell short. But I will take a stab at it:

1.) It could be the reg s shares you're talking about. If so, I don't know what the impact on us would be.

2.) Some folks in Jan. figured the stock price was headed to .01/share and figured it was a worth to short (note that if only 20,000 shares are shorted at an average price of .06/share, that's $1,200 bucks). Just some guy who probably figured that he could short 20,000 shares, get 1200 deposited into his account and then buy at .01 to fufill his short (making a whopping $1000). If someone actually did this, they really went out of their way and shows no .... no .... I don't know what the hell it shows. After the comissions, this person would still lose on the deal.

I think it is related to some technical reason as you see. I wish I new more about reg s. Overall, I don't think it matters too much.
