It was before NETZ became NETZ, Bill. Star Medical(formerly netmaster group, formerly zulu-tek) was an old shell company and they underwent a 500:1 reverse split to consolidate their shares, but this was before they went and gobbled up any of these companies.

Don't worry about it; OtherChap is playing with your mind.

Can you please cite a reference to the 500:1 reverse split on NETZ that you've mentioned? When did this occur and where is it documented? Thanks.

The split that OC is referring to did happen. But not to the current NETZ. As you can see on netmaster.com Netmaster (currently Zulu-tek) was formed from the remaining shell of Star Medical (sp?). One of the preparations before that shell was used was the mentioned 500:1 reverse split. It is not, per se, a part of the current NETZ history. Since I am typing from memory I cannot give exact details. In conjunction with transforming Star Medical into Netmaster, NETZ was also infused with a large sum of cash from a British investor if I recollect. I am sure there are people out there that can fill in the gaps or correct any glaring mistakes.

Hope this helps.
