We've all been laughing about this since the beginning, but, um, according to an article in yesterday's Post (the magazine, I think), that actually IS the law in most states: if it doesn't involve "intercourse" it ain't adultery. Not surprisingly, Bill's legal mind seems to have glommed onto this one right away. Without, I suppose, realizing how silly it makes him appear. But then the "I didn't inhale" business was just as dumb.
