There is a name for a system ruled by billionaires, it’s called oligarchy. Normally oligarchy leads to complete gutting of public sector funds into the deep pockets of super rich oligarchs. It leads to a complete collapse of a nation. I doubt USA will be different from countless experiences elsewhere.
