2)Fresh lineup of models, keep in mind although the Model 3 has received an update, but you would need a discerning eye to identify it. Model X and Y soldier on, the Y came out in 2019, the X in 2016.

As you mentioned, the charger network is the one advantage....

Also, even after it's recent plunge, TSLA still has a market cap almost 3x that of Toyota. Around 85 bucks a share would be parity.
