It may be a very innocuous mistake on the part of Next Level. These kinds of trademark collisions happen with amazing frequency, which is why there are so many lawyers who specialize in the issue. It's extremely likely the company lacks tonto's abilities and doggedness regarding research, and simply didn't know this other name existed. I would think that any of the following (and others) would be possible scenarios: 1. Company backs off and changes name. I don't know what the effect would be, but expect it'd be major since a lot of work and money have purportedly been spent on this name and logo. 2. Company acquires trademark from current owner. 3. Company is able to prove the current owner abandoned the name and it's now up for grabs. I think the first scenario is, by far, the most likely, but the other 2 are certainly possibilities.

Wrong Smartin, because of your short interest in RMIL you complained constantly to the SEC in getting them to place a temporary 10 day halt. Once the company satisfied your concerns to the SEC, the SEC removed the halt and the company now controls when trading shall resume as they line up their strategy to knock the fruit of the loom label off your shorts. It is apparent to all RMIL shareholders that you have a vested short interest there since you have posted negatively all day, all night, and all weekend long since last September by constantly bashing shareholders. In fact, the shareholders have gotten so sick of you there that they formed their own private E-mail chat board as they laugh at you making an a@@ of yourself. Later dude. Rich_1
