Some questions for Mr. Murphy:
1. Ten contracts with Asian companies were previously announced. Are those contracts currently generating meaningful minutes, or are we still in some sort of testing stage?

2. Have any more contracts for Cyberfax service been signed in Asia or elsewhere? If not, why not?

3. I have just received a mailer for real-time internet file transfer software (Dropchute+, $29.95) which includes real time faxing. Is this direct competition for Cyberfax? If not, why not?

4. At the time we acquired the Cyberfax technology it was stated that we had a one year head start on the competition. Where are we today relative to the competition?

5. What are the top three sources of revenue likely to be during the next 12-24 months?

6. What is the status of the several switches in Europe and the UK?
How many are up and running? Which are actually generating revenue?

7. Do we have other switches on order for any place in the world?

8. What was the actual disposition of Alpha Products?

9. Did we receive any compensation for R&D Scientific?

10. What is the status of the third acquisition we were alerted was
coming down the pike?

11. In which quarter do you expect to see a significant increase in
net revenue?

Thanks in advance for answers to as many of these you can address.
