From Antares documentation dated July 11/97, this is what I dug up tonight concerning Ojolali:

"The Corporation's Indonesian counsel made inquiries about the COW application on June 25, 1997 and was advised by the Indonesian Ministry of Mines that the principal approval for the COW application was being processed. The Ministry also advised that the KPs will not be terminated until the principal approval for the COW application is granted. Based on such circumstances, the Corporation has been advised by its Indonesian counsel that it may conduct work in the mining area under KP status while the Ministry is processing the COW application. The Corporation will apply for a SIPP as soon as it receives principal approval for the COW application."

*****Also, I found this concerning the KP's mentioned above:

The Ojolali property consists of 2 KPs: DU-190 and DU-254 covering
300 and 1944 hectares, respectively. The KPs are surrounded by a 29,760 hectare COW application made by Coleville in Sep./96.

"KP DU-190 has been granted to Kencana for mineral exploitation, retroactive from March 9, 1988 to March 9, 2002.

KP DU-254 has been granted to Kencana for exploration of gold and accompanying minerals for the period August 12, 1993 to August 12, 1996, with extension to August 12, 1997.

I am trying to verify this for accuracy with the company.
