Does anyone know if the billers are actually explicitly paying for
MSFDC service or is it hidden in a bundled cost of Microsoft NT
purchase for enterprise applications?

Regarding a buyout, it would seem to be a very difficult thing to
accomplish. CEO Mr. Knight owns over 10%; Integrion has a significant
and possibly growing equity stake; INTUIT is a large holder; plus several others have significant positions. Not an easy takeover.

>>> Remember this will be a cheaper service for Microsoft because they will rely on the internet for the network no VAN to support.

Please clarify (What is VAN, etc.) How is this different from CheckFree?

>>> Downgrade based on valuation and MSFDC competition

The earnings outlook hasn't changed since he started coverage of the stock, Why didn't he downgrade 4 months ago when the stock hit 31? MSFDC was announce last summer, why downgrade now?
