Does anyone know if the billers are actually explicitly paying for MSFDC service or is it hidden in a bundled cost of Microsoft NT purchase for enterprise applications? Regarding a buyout, it would seem to be a very difficult thing to accomplish. CEO Mr. Knight owns over 10%; Integrion has a significant and possibly growing equity stake; INTUIT is a large holder; plus several others have significant positions. Not an easy takeover.
