>>I've responded to your postings before and I still never got >>an answer from you to this question... fair enough. esecurities is a beneficial shareholder of SoftQuad. We are not affiliated in any respect. We have accumulated the stock for over one year and simply feel the stock is undervalued. We like the post-Alpha acquisition SoftQuad and the resulting management and current and evolving Board. This is a solid and honest management team. The fact Alpha was a major player at the inception of the microcomputer industry and still in business is significant. The fact their net worth is tied to the value of the stock is significant. The PGSoft alliance and the fact they came out with a superior product in Gimme Space on the heels of the alleged illegal Kurzweil termination is significant. The fact they are seeking Board approval for a share buyback plan is significant...We have been around this industry about as long as Alpha (1981). We have seen it all and from all sides...technology company founders, investment banking, brokerage,...it is simply our objective to provide some of our insights and all available key information to this thread based on that experience, whether it is good or bad and are critical in all areas including corporate governance as this thread will confirm. We initially purchased SoftQuad because we believed in the Company, the product(s) and the mission objective and continued to accumulate for the same reasons, esp, when trading below book and sporting impressive sales growth, and entering into key alliances. And we do not get paid (unlike the $10/share IPO syndicate lead underwriters Yorkton, Punk Ziegel, Volpe Brown).
